Rengxin makes no representation or warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, adequacy, availability or suitability of the Content.

Rengxin expressly disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, compatibility, security and freedom from viruses, malware or other harmful components.

Under no circumstances shall Rengxin be liable for any loss, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising directly or indirectly from your access to or use of these channels, including reliance on any Content, user-generated content, comments, opinions or statements shared by community participants.

When you post, upload, submit or share any content on Rengxin’s social media channels, you grant Rengxin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, modify or share such content, including your name, username, profile image or related materials for business, marketing, advertising and promotional purposes.

Rengxin reserves the right at any time and without notice to modify, suspend, restrict, remove or terminate any part of these social media channels, including any features, functions, Content or access rights.

Any feedback, comments, ideas, suggestions, reviews, testimonials or other materials submitted to Rengxin through these channels may be used by Rengxin without restriction and without any obligation of compensation, confidentiality or acknowledgment, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

iv. the submitted content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree that you will not use Rengxin’s social media channels to:

i. upload, post or share any unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, hateful, offensive, threatening or misleading content;

ii. upload spam, unauthorised advertisements, promotional materials, chain messages or solicitations;

iii. upload files, software, code or materials containing viruses, malware or harmful components;

iv. impersonate any person or entity or falsely misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation;

v. infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy or legal rights of any third party; or

vi. reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any Content without prior written permission from Rengxin.

Rengxin reserves the right to remove, restrict, report, block or permanently ban any user, content or activity deemed inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, misleading, harmful or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Rengxin, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners and representatives against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your breach of these Terms or misuse of these social media channels.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
