Orders are processed and prepared within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
For special products or treatment packages, processing time may take longer. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

2. Delivery Time

United States
International Market Preferred: 7 – 10 business days (depending on the area).
Some remote areas may take longer than expected.
Delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Fee

We offer free shipping for selected orders that meet a minimum value (this will be clearly stated at checkout or upon contacting).
Shipping fees for other orders are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.

4. Order Tracking & Notification

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or messaging app.
We will proactively notify you immediately in case of any delays due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Important Notes

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address (including house number, street name, area, and postal code).
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If we are unable to contact the customer for an extended period, the order may be cancelled. In such cases, no refund will be issued if the cancellation is not due to our error.
