Return & Refund Policy
PUSAT RAWATAN TRADISIONAL RENGXIN Beauty & Wellness SDN BHD is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. We maintain a clear and transparent return and refund policy as follows:
1. Return Period Customers have the right to request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The return period is calculated from the date the shipping carrier confirms successful delivery.
2. Return Conditions For a return to be accepted, the product must meet all the following conditions:
- Unopened and unused (original seal intact)
- Complete with original packaging, box, labels, and accessories (if any)
- Not damaged or broken due to customer fault
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order number)
3. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or used (creams, serums, lotions, items with broken seals, etc.)
- Products damaged due to customer negligence (dropped, broken, exposed to water, etc.)
- Orders without valid proof of purchase
- Products in categories explicitly stated as non-returnable at the time of purchase
4. Return Procedure
- Contact via email or hotline within 7 days of receipt.
- Send clear photos of the product and its condition for inspection.
- Once approved, ship the item back to our warehouse address.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will proceed with the refund.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Once the returned item is inspected and confirmed to meet our conditions, we will process the refund within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (bank transfer, payment gateway, etc.).
6. Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to (unless the return is due to our error).
- We are not liable for any loss or damage to the returned goods during transit.
